Thank you for shopping with Radia Art Gallery. All of our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you, ensuring each piece is crafted with care and quality.

Processing Time

Because every item is custom printed upon order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), production times may extend to 5–8 business days.

Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time. For most U.S. orders, expect delivery within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at Radiagallery@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accommodated before your order enters production. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
