Return & Refund Policy

At Radia Art Gallery, your satisfaction is our priority. Because all of our products are custom printed on demand, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read the details below carefully.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at Radiagallery@gmail.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  • You do not need to return the item — just send us the photos

We will review your claim within 1–3 business days and either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item that does not match what you ordered (wrong design, wrong size, wrong product type), please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office
  • Wait 3 additional business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  • Contact us at Radiagallery@gmail.com if the package is still missing

For packages that are confirmed lost in transit (no delivery scan), we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse

Because every product is custom printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or your ordering mistake, including but not limited to:

  • The color appears slightly different on screen vs. in person (due to monitor calibration); this may happen based on individual screen settings, and we have no control over this factor. 
  • You ordered the wrong size (please check sizing carefully before ordering)

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if production has not yet started. Once an item enters production, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at Radiagallery@gmail.com if you need to cancel an order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement at no cost (see Return & Refund Policy above).
